Super Cobra Stretch
By doing this stretching exercise, you can improves your posture, which may further help you to grow taller.
For the Super Cobra position, your arms are perpendicular to the floor & your back arched, chin pointing upwards. Bend your hips & slowly bring your body into an inverted "V“ shape or position, tucking
your chin against your chest.

Stay in this position for 5 to 12 seconds, before slowly returning to the Cobra position. Repeat this position for 5 times. One of the benefit of doing this exercise is that, it makes the lungs stronger, helps in brain development, and generates the growth hormones as to increase the height of your body.
