The COBRA Stretch
In this postures your body looks like a cobra. Moreover this pose keeps the spine elastic & Improves the functioning of thyroid gland, thus increase in Height. It also helps in body by improved blood flow to the kidneys. It is one of the basic exercise to grow taller.Place your both hands palms down on the ground beneath your shoulders. Lift your chest up off the ground by straightening your arms. Gaze upwards & keep your abdominals engaged. Each repetition should last between 10 – 30 seconds.
1. Strengthen the spine, as to increase the Height.
2. Stretch the chest.
3. Stretch the shoulders, abdomen.
4. Firm the buttocks, and
